These Terms of Service apply to your use of Hats For Americans and purchases made through our store. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy.

Products and orders

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, images, prices, and availability accurately. Screen settings and production variations may cause minor differences in color or appearance. Hats are embroidered to order through a local production partner.

We may decline or cancel an order when necessary because of suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, product availability, payment problems, or a violation of these terms. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue an appropriate refund.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are displayed during checkout. Payment must be authorized before an order is produced or shipped.

Shipping, cancellations, and returns

Production and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. Eligibility for order changes, cancellations, replacements, and refunds is described in our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malicious code, commit fraud, or use the store in violation of applicable law.

Intellectual property

The store’s branding, designs, product artwork, photographs, written content, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Hats For Americans and may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially used without permission.

Third-party services

Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, shipping, analytics, and marketing services. Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy notices.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated. Hats For Americans is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time by posting the revised version on this site. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
