Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States.

Production time

Our hats are embroidered through a local production partner. Orders are typically produced within one business day. During unusually high demand, production may take up to two business days; we will contact you if a longer delay is expected.

Estimated delivery

Delivery estimates begin after production and carrier pickup:

• Standard shipping: typically 3–5 business days in transit, or approximately 4–7 business days from order placement.
• Express shipping: typically 1–2 business days in transit, or approximately 2–4 business days from order placement.

These are estimates rather than guarantees. Weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, address problems, and other circumstances outside our control can cause delays.

Tracking and address accuracy

Tracking information will be sent when your order ships. Please verify your delivery address before completing checkout and contact us immediately if it needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee address changes after fulfillment begins.

Delivery problems

If tracking is missing, your package is delayed, or the order is marked delivered but cannot be found, contact us at c.g.wegner91@icloud.com with your order number. We will help investigate the shipment with the carrier.
